About BockleyInsight

BockleyInsight was founded and incorporated as a California Corporation by Mark Bockley in 1996; and is the newest incarnation of what was formerly Harpoon, and GreenManBrand. BockleyInsight is a DBA form of GreenManBrand.

Mark Bockley was co-founder of Tattoo in 1991, a brand strategy firm based in San Francisco, and subsequently left to create Harpoon in 1996. Mark has a BA in English Literature, and a Masters of International Marketing from Thunderbird.

Walker Bockley has worked for BockleyInsight since 2017. Approaching brand as a rich landscape of human meaning and cultural code, Walker is passionate about using his background in semiotics, cultural anthropology, and the social science of consumption to drive deep, unexpected, and solution-oriented brand strategy and insight.

Dr. Alan Hamilton is a frequent collaborator with BockleyInsight. With a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and a background in Archetypal Psychology, Alan  has been bringing fresh, unexpected and compelling insights to our work for over 15 years.
